I consider Gaga more the queen because she's not only successful internationally but she's involved in the creative process in everything she does.

It depends. Rihanna has a lot of endorsements, magazine covers, albums, singles, royalties, and she has tours. However, these aren't placing her where she needs to be. The hotter you are, the more you get paid. The more magazine covers that fly off shelves, the more you make in the long run. The more fans you have, the more your tour grosses. Forbes is not the determining factor, but someone like Rihanna should be a little higher. Not enough people are seeing her tours or buying magazines with her on the cover.

I can agree with all of this. You never really know. Gaga could be stuck doing Veet commercials in a few years. Guess we'll only know in time. However, for the time being, Rihanna is not living the life a Queen of Pop should. Her singles are popular, but her overall being is not. Someone like Beyonce, Britney, or Gaga seem to be closer - despite the latter being pretty new in comparison. But anything could change.
