Right....a bunch of bull. I actually think NG is the only one who uses this. Other mods ignore this and ban people when they feel for it. NG should've done a better job of communicating this thread's purpose more clearly, because some don't know it's purpose yet.
Unless the people who were banned, got banned at the last second, type of ban. But that's just stupid. Gabor is a nice guy. Why would he get banned?
