I gave her good rates! But she just has too many songs and I feel like the amount of songs that everyone has should be equalish.

39. "Who's That Girl"
Average: 7.5269
High: 10 (3x) - bleuwaffle, Konichiwa, sticks
Low: 4 (2x) - jqnetto, castle13
Synopsis
Robyn wrote and composed "Who's That Girl" by herself, only getting assistance from our all too familiar, The Knife. Robyn questions a potential lover on what would be the perfect girl for him, because she doesn't think she's pretty or sexy enough. The song has a very summery vibe to it with a bright chorus, dispite Robyn beating herself up at times with the lyrics. The song peaked at 37 on the Swedish charts and 26 on the UK charts, which is only a mediocre success compared to what Robyn is used to. Robyn took a bit of a hiatus on our countdown, which her last entry being "Fembot" at number 53. However, she still has 11 of her 16 songs remaining.
Standout Line
"Good girls are pretty like all the time, I'm just pretty some of the time / Good girls are happy and satisfied, I won't stop asking until I die"

Well, no - 26 on the UK charts is a HUGE success for Robyn, especially considering it was off the album that re-launched her there.

Exactly, it was only a mediocre success.
I enjoyed the song, and gave it a 9. I could have easily seen it higher, but we were due for some more Robyn.
The next song gone is just unfortunate. Really sad that it didn't even make the half-way point.

I kinda wish other songs left before this because it's a nice little tune, but ah well.

38. "If I Had A Heart"
Average: 7.5308
High: 10 (7x) - Stevie, bleuwaffle, lovesong, Pelvic Thrust, Konichiwa, sticks, madonnas
Low: 1 (1x) - castle13 (seek help)
Synopsis
Fever Ray's debut single that started her career as a solo artist, "If I Had A Heart", is now gone. The song was written and produced entirely by Karin, only getting help from Christoffer Berg, a long time collaborator of The Knife. It definitely lets you know who Fever Ray is as an artist and what her album is going to be like. Telling the tale of a monster that can't learn to love, it is cold, dark, machine-like, swampy, and beautiful. Some of the lyrics also depict Fever's children. The track incorporates Fever Ray's and The Knife's signature vocal effects, which in this case, works very well. The song received critical acclaim and was even nominated at the 2009 UK VMAs. Fever Ray now only has "When I Grow Up" remaining in the countdown.
Standout Line
"If I had a heart, I could love you / If I had a voice, I would sing"

I don't know what I missed in this song because I only gave it a 6. Maybe I need to listen to it again and again until I get it.

Yeah. Ewan babe, I'm a little disappointed in you. Maybe you'll be more upset with the next elimination.

37. "Black & Blue"
Average: 7.5423
High: 10 (4x) - HausOfJabril, Ewan Chaos, Stevie, ManDown
Low: 3 (1x) - castle13
Synopsis
Miike Snow's second single to be released was from their debut self-titled effort and is titled "Black & Blue". The song uses smooth vocals and piano, along with some electro beats to describe a tired relationship. It managed to peak at 64 in the UK and at 5 on the UK Dance charts. Miike Snow now only has "The Rabbit" remaining in the competition.
Standout Line
"My dear, come again, you're voice is fading out and in / Out of the laundry bin, I found my innocence again"

That one was the only Miike Snow song that I really loved, sad to see it go. Number of songs left:
Robyn - 11
iamamiwhoami - 8
Lykke Li - 7
The Knife - 6
Agnes - 2
Fever Ray & Miike Snow - 1
That should give everyone an idea of how things have been panning out. After the next elimination, we'll be at the half-way point.
I guess I'll wait for comments and then do more on the next page.

I disagree. I think iam's album is solid and cohesive.
I would knock off half of Robyn's and Lykke's remaining songs and bump up The Knife and Fever Ray. It's kind of ridiculous that Fever Ray and Miike are almost gone when in the meantime, we've only seen one Lykke song be eliminated.
Oh, and Agnes should be gone right around now.

These three eliminations just hurt, especially If I Had a Heart!
It's probably my favourite Fever Ray song.
