Britney for example had a remix for her second single, in order to have a higher peak. And if any of the other girls had been in the position to have her fourth single smash after already having 3 #1s (and so forth) they probably would have done what it takes to keep the streak going.
Fact is that Katy is in a pretty singular position right now. She is on her 6th single after 5 #1s and obviously she will try to makle the most of it. All the other girls and especiaslly their fans can just take a seat now because they were not even close to this!
