In my opinion 2011/2012 was Rihanna's vocal peak ( Apart from the MESS that was Rock in Rio 2011 )
- 2013 ( Diamonds world Tour ) and March Madness (2015) are her worst vocals to date.
Also does anyone else think that Hate That I Love You is timeless? I feel like it's aged really well. But most of you pay it dust but I think it's one of her best singles ever.

The only issue I have with Rihanna's voice now is that she doesn't mix properly in her upper chest register.
And btw she has hit an A5 in What Now on the Diamonds World Tour towards the end of the Zurich or Manchester performance(can't remember which one).
Rihanna's voice was more nasal and pitchy in 2011. Her AMA, and Performances of Only Girl prove this. 2014 appears to be her peak since TMT contained great upper belts(What Now). She raised the key in Diamonds and sounded good.
Her lower register is as velvety as ever. And her middle register is truly where her voice shines (Cold Case Love, What's My Name). When she warms up and sings properly and with the right breath control she's great.
Her performance of PIU at the diamond ball shows how much more control she has developed over the years.
Her vibrato is more natural now. And her head voice sounds like she's singing from her diaphragm and not her throat.
