Sigh who cares about views for promo vids lol let's wait till we actually get the ratings.
Anywayz, SNL didn't do much for Katy & Eminem (and Miley's boost was kinda disappointing as well) so I doubt it will do anything significant for Gaga. Let's hope for the best though.

I think SNL is one of her only chances to get it right with the public. It'll be less about the song boosts rather than about her public image.
So is that Guardian article saying that music videos by white artists should only have white dancers in them?
It's so ridiculous that we're at a point where you're not allowed to address what actually happens in our culture without being labeled as "racist." Lily Allen didn't invent the hip-hop video girl culture. Her music video wouldn't make sense if it was a bunch of white chicks because those are not the women who are featured in hip-hop videos, reduced to **** and ass. And she's also making the commentary that it's perfectly alright for a chick to shake her ass if that's what she wants to do and she's enjoying herself. But of course Social Justice Warriors would rather go after a white chick than any of the black artists who ORIGINATED the sexualization/objectification of black women in music videos. It's pathetic.
no, a white girl such as Lily Allen should not criticize a culture she is not a part of. It's not her place & when she does is reeks of the tall tale of white people inserting themselves into other people's business and being the "savior" (Lady Gaga Born This Way teas). where's the criticism towards the misogyny and objectification done in rock videos or any other scene associated with white culture? white people would sooner come in and "correct" wrongs in black culture or muslim culture, etc before they even decide to think twice about looking at their own situation and dismantling it from the inside out.
Most likely the video is coming out on the week of AMA - streaming + sales from video exposure/AMA performance + a fairly strong airplay = her next #1.
Her team is playing all the right card
This is exactly why Acne is currently STOMPING over Tranny Caca's ugly face right now. She knows exactly what she's doing and always has the perfect promotion for ha singles.
