I agree with everything apart from one thing - Applause didn't bomb beacuse it's actually a great single and as you've said, it was the lead single and from then on the promo ended. We really cannot consider DWUW promo as a good one, then the blackout, the lawsuits, the silence happened. I guess we can agree that today's situation was caused by many factors - incl Alejandro, BTW, the album and ARTPOP's (lack of)proper promo. But hey, I do respect you and your opinions. No bad feelings here.
