The Warrior cover always was and always will be tragic and fugly as ****. The fact that the Deconstructed cover, all of the Warrior era single covers AND all of the photoshoot outtakes would have made better covers (as evidenced by Coverlandia) is just embarrassing.
They literally took the most bizarre look/location combo and made that the cover, PLUS edited it in unnatural colouring to make it look even more strange and it backfired... big time. It was so ugly nobody wanted to buy it, not even on iTunes.
