I think it would have to be tracks, especially for Part 2 of the rate. A lot of those girls haven't released 10 ballads.
If you wanted it to be ballad singles we could decrease it to 5-6 per each artist instead of 10. That would work too.

OR to make it extra interesting, you could combine it with the concept of Essentials rates and make it the 10 most essential non-single ballads from each pop girl?
Either that or just each girls' BEST or most IMPORTANT ballads, singles or otherwise...
Can Any Time, Any Place work for Janet? It's a slow jam....close enough no?

Actually in response to this rate maybe alter it a bit. We'd have to leave out Janet and Kylie which sucks but still..
10 ballads each from Madonna, Mariah, Whitney & Celine. Totals out to be 40 and I think it would work better since these girls (except Madonna I guess) were known for their ballads.
I THINK they each have 10 but I'd have to double check.
I'd really like Janet/Kylie to join it though but if this one works I think it could be a hit too.
Otherwise just the original 10 ballads, mixture of singles and tracks..
Or include Shania and others? I just really want a rate like this to happen, I love ballads.

We could keep K/J in, but at five apiece.
Mimi and Nippy are tough, as they have SO MANY. Also, deciding what a ballad is and what it's not. I don't consider Vision of Love a ballad, for example.
