Taylor hasn't made a deal with the paps though. Doesn't I Know Places make this clear? She blames the media attention for making her relationship with Harry Styles harder. Taylor deals with the fact that the paps are gonna be there and she cannot control that.

Agreed! In some way, tribute is like KIND OF farewell, COUNTRY obviously wants Taylor back.
Here is a video of Taylor being papped when meeting Karlie. She does nothing to encourage them, but she doesn't scream at them eother. If KT is subtweeting Taylor she has absolutely no grounds to do so.
