I really don't think he is going to build a wall or anything like that, but it's the fact that he said he would and America still chose him. This sends a very powerful message and makes a very strong statement about the character of America. The damage and the repercussions were not thought out by not only Trump supporters, but those in swing states who voted for third party candidates.
