Well, the only 2 pop SMASHES left on Red are 22 & the title track. These two songs will smash in the Spring & Summer. The A Team has almost outsold Bad Romance in the UK. It has potential.

Red and 22 will smash hard. But i would like Taylor to release RED before 22. And i would love to see her release something risky like State of grace or The last time while I almost do and Stay stay stay smash on country. This album has so many singles potential.

I think RED would do fine in Summer, but I guess we'll see. As for Ed it's #22 on iTunes, which where Demi was at & lower when she was #1. So it's not as offensive as her or Ne-Yo, WHYB, etc.

I guess he/she meant it "weird" as for the US market..while it's a non-shocking UK/European #1..it's not the usual "dance" music you find in top artists like Katy Perry or LMFAO or Flo Rida..
