Oh my goodness! I wanna know who wrote that! Shade and facts just put together like that. her album debuted at #2 behind Alicia's songs album even though Alicia's cd had been out for a month.
Let's not. It did good, the Lead Single bombed and didn't go Top 40. Alicia had a #1 hit. Yet it still almost did 200k. Albums peaked months after release with hits then, and weren't frontloaded now so ofcourse she was #1 a month after release.
& the person who wrote that comes up with no results on Google. An Angela Cheng sized mess.

All this says is that she had flop singles & a flop album. Death be the glory.
1. Adele - 21 25,400,000

3. Coldplay - Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends 9,000,000 4. Justin Bieber - My World 2.0 8,300,000
5. Black Eyed Peas - The E.N.D. 8,200,000
J.Lo topping the Celebrity 100 in 2012 was so random.
She paid for it. Whether people like it or not ATRL has influence in pop culture. We were the first forum to make the Forbes Celeb 100 a big deal and through word of mouth it became a big deal.
You can look at all the stats and see J.Lo isn't even #1 based on their own system.
Xtinct also didn't have 6 #1's on an album, so I don't get how this is a valid comparison.
Christina had 4 top 3 hits and 3 number 1 hits. Also back in the old day Singles rarely got released for sales and so all those remixes and discounts wouldn't do anything for it. I just think it would peak at 8 X platinum
