Amazing videos from youtube powerhouses like Rihanna or Katy can do a magnificent thing for their videos. But videos from youtube lessors like Kelly can never ever do a magnificent thing for their videos whether it is great or not. I still can see PLU having moderate success CMB got though.

The thing that Kelly got #42 when DS video was released. It tells me that Kelly could get that popularity Rih, Katy etc. got. But she lost it. It will be really hard to recover, but possible. When people see that she/her team puts much effort into videos, they will watch it.

The fact is, CMB was still top 15 on Radio when PLU was released, stations are clearly always slow to pick up on Kelly's songs, especially on Pop. It's not about Radio not liking the song, because it clearly took off on HAC like crazy, it's all about politics and promo, for example when Kelly did that Boston thing, she got a couple of adds and her Pop airplay increased, RCA must have faith in the single if it's getting a WW release and they pushed the video back to obviously try and improve the songs performance.

I just think it's silly to count it out now... It's been rising on iTunes and is almost in the Top 100 when it was closer to 200 last week, it's rise on iTunes may be slow but every day it's getting higher and higher, iTunes position will also affect airplay because once a song gets more exposure on iTunes more people will take notice and start to spin it. I mean can we at least wait until we start getting negative updates and FALLING on iTunes. Y'all really do the most

I agree with this, PLU will be fine. There is a ton of competition this year but I still think it can go at least Top 10 on Hot 100

I've lost faith. I'm tired of seeing all these ****** songs become out the gate smashes on radio and Kelly having to struggle to even get 100 spins on pop. I still really hope it does well but I'm prepared for the worst now. Meh.
