I presume that you're playing BW2? I don't know when you are can access a Hidden Grotto, but nevertheless:
Ability: Poison Heal
Hidden Ability: Technician
Hold: Toxic Orb
Spore
Low Seep
Seed Bomb
Swords Dance
It's optional to EV train your Breloom, but it's made to excel in Attack, plus a high Speed stat would come in handy when you want to put your targets to Sleep before they can hit you.
That being said: Spore is the move you want to begin with. No explanation needed.
After the first turn Toxic Orb will activate, poisoning your Breloom. From that moment on, it will recover 1/8 of its health each turn thanks to the ability Poison Heal.
The third turn can be used in two ways: sharply raising your Attack with Swords Dance, hoping your foe doesn't wake up after only one turn, or taking him out with either Low Sweep or Seed Bomb.
A lot of other Fighting moves can be used instead of Low Sweep. However, I think it's your best option. Breloom's Hidden Ability will up the base power of Low Sweep from 60 to 90. The only two moves that you could consider using are Sky Uppercut and Force Palm. The former could, potentially, kill Pokémon in the semi-invulnerable turn of Fly and Bounce. The latter has the same base power, but as its secondary effect it has a 30% chance of Paralysing your opponent. Bear in mind that using Force Palm instead of Low Sweep is useless if you want to go with Spore.
