I didn't prep but I probably was clean
And while you're at it, I need some tips when it comes to running. Lately, my legs/thighs are giving out when they didn't before. I can run longer because of my endurance/ it takes me a while to run out of breath. Maybe cause I didn't stretch long enough or my legs are just getting a workout?
