Thanks for the tip, I don't have photoshop for it but am using another gif creation tool and still trying to play around with the features. For some reason it previews it in HD but then producing it makes it go less smooth

It's from the GQ Photoshoot video which itself is in B&W on the scenes I chose. I can try some coloured ones though
