There's plenty of OT8 pictures Tiffany could have posted, but she chose to pick an old OT9 picture and crop Jessica out of it. Seems intentional to me.
And for context, Tiffany promoted on all major channels for her solo. Jessica only promoted once online on V-App for her album launch and her radio appearance was suddenly cancelled. Her only other promotion was Beauty Bible where they briefly mentioned her album for like 30 seconds.
So considering Jessica never even promoted once on a music show, it's quite clear her solo exceeded expectations.
