I forgive you would've flopped drastically as a first single. All of Kelly's lead singles are top 10 hits. So if Dark Side was the lead single, it was bound to be a hit. Especially with the mega promo MKIA received.

lol. MKIA was a perfect single choice. LMD should've been choosen as a 3rd or 4th single though.

MKIA is great. I Flopgive You should be happy that it's on Kelly's album. LMD should have been a single (although Kelly would be recognized as a boy basher again because of it). Stronger leaked as well and it's one of Kelly's biggest hits. If I Can't Have You or Don't Let Me Stop You should have been a single instead of IDNHU.

All I Ever Wanted should've received single treatment. It's better than DLMSY. IICHY is great too. And it's something that Kelly has never done before. But as someone said, there was a song which sounded almost the same. And Kelly would be bashed for that.

Which song is supposed to sound the same? Didn't know about that. I don't care tho. People say that MKIA sounds like Bruno's Just The Way You Are and I still can't find the similarities.

Oops, I forgot about AIEW although I love that song. At least it was "released" although it wasn't treated as a single. Kelly was touring at that time, right? I think they should have released something more radio friendly ( = more generic) if they wanted a very improbable hit, something like Long Shot. I'm still glad that AIEW was released tho. It deserves it.

I still think they should have postponed GH:C1 and release more singles off Stronger. Although Dark Side flopped, there still were many single worthy songs like Let Me Down (summer/fall single) The War Is Over (winter single), You Love Me (another winter single), Alone (spring single), The Sun Will Rise (country single).
