She was already showing those signs back during the Devoted release. Remember when she was so excited to release Elixir and that she loved "writing" these books? During the Devoted release she flat out said that writing books was just something she did at the time but she wanted to go back to her true callings - acting & singing.
I mean I knew this third book would be getting somewhat neglected, but yeah I was hoping she'd do a tour too.
