I've now listened to the song twice, and to be honest, I still don't know how I feel. The production is fantastic, and I really appreciate how mature the song is. It signifies good things to come from this album, and I can say I'm much more excited for the album and this era after hearing the song.
HOWEVER, the chorus is extremely weak and pathetic. I know she already did the whole quiet verses, huge chorus thing over a dance beat on OG, but something like that would have worked really well on this song. Having her repeat "we found love in a hopeless place" over and over again so quietly devalues the song quite a bit.

Everything about this song is awesome and right up there with her other stuff. There's no weak chrous no weak verses no weak production it's just all it's so different and so unique a nice change.
