Yeah. Her vocal delivery really bothers me on OTTR. The whole instrumental is noisy and overdone, and then she's singing/yelping on top of it barely taking time to breathe. She sounds like she's competing to stay ahead of the beat throughout the whole thing and just sounds like she's struggling.
Maybe fast wasn't the best word, but It just comes across as sloppy sounding to me. Never really liked it.

it's frustrating, because I can see OTTR being potentially so brilliant...but it just falls short and screams demo-ish/ inexperienced to me.
I'd like for her to remix it in the future sometime with a more CLEAR production.

I can understand where the Betty Boop voice is off-putting. OTTR is probably one of the more difficult vocal performances in Lana's discography due to the cadence and the changes in pitches between the verses and chorus. I'm glad that she is brought it back for Endless Summer and hope that she'll sing it live again.
When she is in her pocket with this song; it is sublime. The outro is a minute of pure heaven. Definitely a (vocal) peak in BTD.
