It's a "Dream" come true: the cast of Fox TV's "Glee" and Susan Boyle rock the top of Billboard's charts this week.
"Glee's" cover of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" was the top selling song in the U.S. last week, as it'll debut at No. 1 on the Digital Songs chart with 214,000, according to Nielsen SoundScan. It marks the ensemble's first No. 1 and biggest sales week yet. Previously, the cast's best week came when its first single, "Don't Stop Believin'," debuted at No. 2 with 177,000 (June 6, 2009).
'Glee's' 'Teenage Dream Targeting Big Chart Bow
"Teenage Dream," with lead vocals by newly-signed cast member Darren Criss, is sure to make a splashy bow on the Billboard Hot 100 chart once it is unveiled tomorrow (18). So far, "Glee's" best rank on the Hot 100 is also owned by "Don't," which hit No. 4.
Last week's No. 1 on Digital Songs, Rihanna's "What's My Name?" (featuring Drake), slides to No. 6 with 152,000 (down 35%). Ke$ha's "We R Who We R" holds at No. 2 (191,000; down 14%) and the Black Eyed Peas' "The Time (Dirty Bit)" debuts at No. 3 (170,000). The aforementioned Perry sees her new single "Firework" spark up two slots to No. 4 (161,000; up 11%), while P!nk's "Raise Your Glass" slips one spot to No. 5 (160,000; up less than 1%).
I hope Rachel fails this time round. Btw, I have not watched any Glee ep this season
For all the fans, Kurt won that battle, his solo version on youtube have more view than Rachel`s one. Its just the plot made him lose.
Episode 7 is pretty good, and Gwyneth really sounded like Kurt. The best song on this epi is Forget You.
And i love bitchy Rachel more and more this season, so cant wait for epi 9.
Plot:
As glee club co-captains, Rachel and Finn move forward in their relationship, club member Kurt faces a key decision in his life and commences preparations for his father Burt's impending marriage to Finn's mother Carole. Wanting to compete, Sue also decides to be wed, which brings her Nazi hunter mother Doris to Lima, Ohio for a surprise visit.
CONFIRMED Songs:
Wonderful Town- 'Ohio' [Sue & Doris]
Pablo Beltrán y Su Orchestra- 'Sway' [Will]
Bruno Mars- 'Marry You' [New Directions]
Bruno Mars- 'Just The Way You Are' [New Directions]
I watched the whole scene a million times just to get the whole thing down.
Here it is (without Holly Holliday talking): Terri: Wow, Will, I mean WOW!
Will: What are you doing here? You should have called.
Terri: I brought you some more soup.. but I guess baby feeling a lot better since he healthy enough to have a beer with a friend!
...
Terri: I'm Terri Schuester.. Will's WIFE.
Will: She's my ex-wife, and I have NO IDEA what she's doing here.
Terri: Do I have to remind you what went on?
Will: Can we talk about this another time?
Terri: What? 'Cuz this embarrassing infront of your new girlfriend? Where has she been the past two days, huh?
Will: I'm sorry.. Terri, last night was a mistake, I knew it as soon as it happened.. I was lonely, and... you were there. I really am sorry.
Terri: Honey, I'm- I'm sorry, it's just.. I'm really out of control right now, I'm gonna.. come back, ok?
[She tries to walk away]
Will: Terri..
Will: Don't.
Will: Don't come back.
Terri: This is your last chance, Will, it's never gonna happen again if I leave now, I'm never gonna come back.
[Will nods]
Terri: You're gonna regret this.. I swear to GOD, you're gonna regret this.
[Terri walks out of the house]
I LOOOOOOOOVED the latest ep. OMG, Gleeneth Paltrow is AMAZING. She should be a series regular!!! I am a fan now of GLEENETH. All her performances on the episode = THE BEST.
Asian Guy is annoying. I can't stand his *oriental* dance moves and his wallflower-ness. Needless to say, Make 'Em Laugh is the worst number on the episode.

Said Murphy, “We had such a great time putting together last year’s shows and the response from the fans was incredible. People around the world want to see our cast live and in person, so this European tour is our way of thanking them for the unbelievable way they’ve embraced our little show. And for everyone in America who has asked if we’ll be back to a city near them this summer, stay tuned. We’ll have some exciting news very soon.”
“I loved performing for the fans in Los Angeles, Chicago, Phoenix and New York last year and didn’t think there was any way to top that experience, commented Riley. “But performing in the great arenas of London, Manchester and Dublin? How cool is that? We cannot wait.” Added Monteith, “We had so much fun on tour last year that we were all itching to do it again.
