What if the liked posts were private? You and the member will still receive a notification of receiving a like but it won't be publicly visible to everyone on the post? Kworb thought of that idea, which I think is the best, but I'm not even sure that's actually feasible.
I like this better.
Even though I do it a lot, I'm not a fan of quoting posts and simply putting a period as my post to indicate that I agree with the sentiments expressed within the post.

If it was possible, I think it'd be a cute way of going about it! A lot of the reason I wanted it was so I can see if anyone actually agrees with half of the things I say.
How do you think I'll effect discussion on the forum though? Instead of agreeing and continuing the conversation, you can like something and just leave the thread. Do you think it'll cause less discussion across the forum?
Or you can like it and continue the conversation. It would be interesting to see some incentives for good, geniune and no troll answers. I don't know.
I know alot of you guys browse the forum with multiple tabs, the notification function has a feature that can alert you if you've been quoted or something even if you have a nonATRL tab open in your browser. It's a great way to be alerted for things such as countdowns, giveaways, and the sort so that you don't miss out!
