All the released singles and promo singles (except History) were so lackluster and the album is so... flawless.

I love Perfect, but yeah, the rest of the singles / promo singles had me a little meh about this album. But the album is so good And even the singles I was "meh" about sound really great in the context of the album.

Basically, as always, 1D's team can't even competently pick the best songs to represent them.

I don't think is just their problem though, I mean, Taylor, Carly, Ellie, even Madonna... it's like they pick the worst songs to represent their albums.

I just hope that this album doesn't mean the end, I would be so sad, my heart will always have a spot for them.

I don't really like Infinity and History, I love everything else though. Drag Me Down was the perfect lead, but I just wish they were a bit more adventurous with single 2. Perfect is awesome and an obvious choice but something like Never Enough would have been so unexpected but could have done really well in my opinion.

Lots of visual potential too.

MM: They should have released Through the Dark as the single after SOML slaughtered. Its folk-y and would have sounded great on the radio.

FOUR: The entire era was a disaster singles-wise. How the hell do you record an incredible would-be smash like Stockholm Syndrome, but not release it to radio?!
