Hey, Soul Sister has been destroying Rude Boy on iTunes and has been top 5 for months, yet it's only peaked at #6 on the Hot 100 so the difference between #1 and #6 depends on what the radio's feel like playing?
Rihanna is guaranteed to be #1 for the 3rd week. With her itunes sales still stable (#2-#3 overall), and airplay still rocketing she is more than likely gonna hold the #1 spot for another week. We have AT LEAST a month at the top!!!! Lets make it 2 or 3 like the black eyed peas!!!!

8-12 week runs at number one are way too monotonous. Better to have a diverse collection of 2/3 week number ones like the UK than just 6-8 songs dominating the entire year.
