That's the difference PF was artistic and PFRR was autistic (no shade because i love the challenged but I'm placing a metaphor to show how challenged its end result was).
However, it represented what it was supposed to. All this messiness and melting pot happening so fast we see a visual of Panic driven Nicki just trying to catch up and rushed as if this was an urgent matter.

The photoshoot >>>>> than the actual cover.

The PFRR cover REALLY went with the album. It was a pop album essentially. That font kinda ruined it though.

I know what you mean tbh. I was expecting her to come hard. But then she went with the safe, more radio-appealing sound.

Hopefully those songs were only released to serve their purpose as singles, though, and the album will be more of what we were hoping for.
