Lets hope that Rihanna doesn't get back with Chris, because it was mentioned in an article on MTV that people would lose a lot of respect for her if she did, especially if this is recurring like some rumors suggest. I'm really interested to see how this plays out, I'm sure neither of them know whether they should discuss this publicly or not, and what they should say if they do.

I hate how ppl are makin Chris out to be this monster, when no one really knows wats really going on. The only real fact that we know right now is that them two fought, nobody know who started it, the injuries, the cause for the fight NONE OF THAT. These blogs, like TMZ, are gonna make the story more interesting by saying things like Rihanna's injuries are "HORRIFIC" because ppl are soo damn gullible. If her injuries were SOOO horrific then her publicist wouldn't have lied and said she's ok, her grandmother wouldn't have lied and said her injuries weren't that bad, and the DA wouldn't of dropped the case. Everybody just needs to wait for the official news, and proof of these "horrific" injuries before they start crucifying Chris.

Chris Brown is on the move.
The R&B star left Las Vegas' Hard Rock Hotel and Casino earlier today and was planning to meet up with his mother, Joyce Hawkins, sources tell E! News.
Hawkins lives in Virginia, but it's unclear whether Brown, who has been accused of assaulting his longtime girlfriend, Rihanna, is making the cross-country trek or will be hooking up with his mom elsewhere.
The 19-year-old singer spent less than 24 hours holed up in an eighth-floor suite at the Hard Rock. Management could not officially confirm that Brown was a guest, but acknowledged that several male friends of his had checked in.
Sources told E! News that Brown joined his pals Wednesday afternoon. A Hard Rock rep couldn't immediately be reached for comment on his departure, but a source on the property says Brown's friends are still guests at the hotel.
Brown, who has been difficult to pin down since being released from custody on $50,000 bail Sunday night, is waiting to hear whether the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office will be pressing charges against him. So far, L.A. police have booked him on suspicion of making criminal threats.
There has been no word on Rihanna's whereabouts since the incident.

I think Chris did Hit Rihanna and I think Rihanna Hit Chris, Do I think Chris beat Rihanna to a bloody pulse leaving bruise and contusions on the face, swollen eyes, cut lip, bloody nose, bite marks on fingers and arm..HELL NO!!!
Somebody is lying, I don't know if its TMZ or Rihanna but the story we are being feed is BULLSH*T...U don't "BEAT THE SH*T" Out of somebody and leave "Visible psychical evidence" and only to get Charge with Criminal Threats!
That's like if I shoot my bf and only get charge with illegally parking...It just doesn't make sense and I think TMZ will end up hurting Rihanna in the end alot of people are expecting her to be half dead when in fact she probably got some scratches.

Los Angeles cops are now probing an alleged history of violent rows between the pair and claims of possible abuse in the past.
A police source said: “We’re investigating if her eye injury could have been caused by Brown.
“There could be an innocent explanation — but police believe Rihanna has previously refused to make a complaint against Brown. She is now being asked about her past injuries and is beginning to open up about incidents in their relationship.”
An LAPD source said: “We’re talking to her friends and management, who say she’s appeared with mysterious marks or injuries before, but always refused to explain what happened.
“There was one instance when she suddenly appeared with an eye patch, saying her cornea had been scratched.”

Brown was charged with making threats following Sunday’s alleged episode.
It is believed a domestic assault charge will be added or substituted as the main charge.
The Sun can reveal that after the weekend’s apparent bust-up, devastated Rihanna was reluctant to file a police complaint, but was persuaded to by her mum Monica.
Reports also claimed the singer was spotted with a bruise to her neck last December — but kept quiet about what caused it.

US Weekly magazine said: “Chris and Rihanna have a very volatile relationship. He can be quite wild and demanding.”
The mag said further cracks in the relationship became apparent two days BEFORE the Grammys at a party hosted by Timbaland.
An onlooker claimed Brown flew into a jealous rage — accusing Rihanna of sleeping with the hip-hop legend and producer.
Brown gave himself up to cops on Sunday and was charged before his release on $50,000 bail.
He is due in court on March 5.
His lawyer Mark Geragos did not return calls or emails last night.
Meanwhile, Brown has offically ended his relationship with Rihanna via his Facebook page.
The singer changed his relationship status to 'single' and wrote: "You'll begin to see her true colours. Believe it!".

Anyways, Im still surprised neither of them have issued a statement yet. Im more worried for Rihanna. Noone knows where she is and how she is coping.

Criminal threats is the general charge, it covers domestic abuse, battery etc, its actually the BIGGER charge.
I mean its obvious you or Huddy arent fans of her but being plain BLIND to all the facts is another story. This is coming from someone who LOVES Chris Brown, I actually prefer his music to hers but the way its looking ... he's coming off a guilty ass mofo. Theres just no denying.
The most he could say is that she started the fight, but even still, there havent been any reports of bruises or injuries on him by the police when he checked himself into jail. They woulda been said something. Even if she was hitting him before, it obviously wasnt anything that much to leave a mark. The way her injuries have been described, he really went in on her....
Another thing is the whole that the fact that he ran away from the scene after whatever happened. Who does that?! If it was really a mutual fight,he would'ave waited around to make sure everything got clarified right away ... running away with the car keys & leaving her by the car just makes it seem like he had to know he did something wrong & panicked.
Some of his family are talking out, obviously they're defending him but when they say stuff like "He had to have been provoked"....they're not even denying what he did. They're acting like thats a justifiable reason.
We can say its all speculation & we should wait for them to talk but even that will more likely not be the truth. His team is gonna save face & probably stick the blame somewhere else and her team will probably continue trying to coverup everything and blame it on a car accident.

California Terrorist and Criminal Threats Law:
1.The accused willfully threatened to unlawfully kill or unlawfully inflict great bodily injury on another person
2.The accused made the threat with the specific intent that it be taken as a threat
3. The threat is so unequivocal, unconditional, immediate, and specific as to convey a gravity of purpose and the immediate prospect of execution (the person was very clear and specific about carrying out the threat)
4. The threat actually caused sustained fear in the victim (for "a period of time that extends beyond what is momentary, fleeting, or transitory")
5. The sustained fear was reasonable

The reason the DA sent the case back for more investigation was whether or not they're gonna add on ADDITIONAL charges ie the battery, abuse etc etc. This is the initial charge, like I said, the general basis on which further charges are made.
You need to get yo self some BUSINESS, brooke.

I don't know if u know how the law work, But u can charge somebody with numerous of different charges at ONCE! (They could have charge him with 1 count of Criminal Threats and 1 count of Battery or assault)
The fact that they only charge Chris with Threats when TMZ report a "very close source to the police" said they have These "horrific" pics of Rihanna's injuries, How much evidence do u they need..If they have these Pics, what else do they want..They have NO CASE!!!
