I have no idea who Donato is, but TRL definitely needs a VJ who supports "real" rock bands, such as Foo Fighters, imo. Carson Daly was not a fan of most pop, but that obviously didn't matter. Carson rooted for the Korn/Limp/P.O.D. fans and blink-182/Sum 41. Ever since Damien took over, along with Quddusthingy, the vast majority of rock videos have all been pop-punk. No one's there to show love to Foos or even Linkin Park. You have rarely seen a heavyish rock band do well since Korn's "Here to Stay" failed to retire. That is the truth. There are other bands, massively popular, that differ from goddamn Fall Out Boy, so I [still] don't understand why TRL ignores them.
