It doesn't necessarily mean it's rigged, it does show, however, that it is taped...it is very possible that TRL could be taped 3 hours before it actually airs, but I don't see how that has anything to do with it being rigged. Now, TRL is retarded for saying "keep sending in your last minute votes" but this does not prove that TRL 'placed' Fort Minor at #1.

TRL, like today's predictions game (*Evil LoL*), is sneaky when it comes to being live. Some portions were probably pre-taped. (I've always suspected this.) It wouldn't suprise me to know at this point if they also have one minute delay to the show for the portions that are "Live." - (To censor whatever would trip the FCC alarm)

And, also, common sense. TRL has sucked for about 4 years, and it has nothing to do with "the times changing", they are most likely not counting votes. Unless they have proof, I'm sticking with what I believe. I mean, for example, does a video ALWAYS have to debut at #10 then jump high? Why not #11 On Deck, then make a high debut at #6 or #5? TRL has to at least be involved with tweaking things like that...
