Dale is a special guy. He's been through a lot in life, but he seems to have one of the "straightest" heads on his shoulders of everyone on this forum. He is always graceful and always posts with good humor. I wasn't sure if he would break out at first, but he has really become an icon for the Navy on this forum--in the best way possible. He has quietly snatched everyone's favor here. He is beyond intelligent, articulate, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He can defend his queen without offending the people he has just embarrassed. He truly deserves the Navy of the Year for 2011, and is unquestionably among the best members to have joined in 2010.
