I don't think that matters. Cannibal has been long gone, even longer and we still got "Blow". I think a 3rd single will be announced in the next 2 weeks, before she comes back to the US for the tour. I don't think she'll tour until end of September with nothing on radio.

Plus since she isn't recording anything new until she gets back to the US. Which means it will be awhile til anything new gets released. It would be the perfect time to release a third single that will wrap up on the charts when she finishes her tour. Then she can take a little break and finish the album and release new material.
