The fourth single from her debut album Title follows "All About That Bass" (No. 1 for eight weeks) and "Lips Are Movin" (No. 4) and passes "Dear Future Husband," which peaked at No. 14. She talked on her interview with Zach Sang that she wanted LIGLY as the third single, but they told her DFH is already Gold and it should be released, so she agreed but told them that this will be the 4th single. She also talks about how radio stations told her that they won't play the song because it was released in summer and they don't play slow songs in summer except for Ed Sheeran.
