Obviously Gaga didn't leak this WHERE is the logic in that? She delayed the video for weeks and weeks, then just completely killed it, did an alternate Xtina version of the song, and has now stopped trying to promote the disastrous ARTPOP era besides the tour. She obviously does NOT want this video out, she totally changed her mind once the R Kelly stories started resurfacing.
If she wanted this video out, she would've leaked it when DWUW was still on the radio, end of story. Makes no sense to leak it now.
If that's the best you can do then I'm more worried for you than Gaga at this point, and Ciara may never have sold as many but she's never stooped this low. Try harder next time, after all that's what this thread is all about; trying too hard.
