F.A.M.E. a.k.a. “Forgiving All My Enemies” is a perfect follow-up to Chris’ 2009 album “Graffiti” IMO due to the entire public and media backlash for him for the previous year has pretty much had an impact for how great the album is. “Deuces” from his mixtape was already a favourite of mine, while I’m impressed more of his rapping skills in “Look at Me Now” where Busta Rhymes owns the song with his usual incredible rap. “She Ain’t You” is my most fave from this album which is dedicated to Michael Jackson as Chris’ inspiration. Another highlights are collaborations with Justin Bieber and Benny Benassi in “Next to You” & “Beautiful People”.
Favorite Tracks: : "She Ain’t You", "Deuces", "Look at Me Now" (feat. Busta Rhymes & Lil' Wayne), "No ********", "Up 2 You", "Next to You" (feat. Justin Bieber), "Beautiful People" (feat. Benny Bennassi)
J.COLE - "Cole World: The Sideline Story"

Genre: Hip hop
Label: Roc Nation, Columbia
Producers: J. Cole (also exec.) Jay-Z (co-exec.) No I.D., Brian Kidd, The University, L&X Music, Canei Finch, Ron Gilmore
His mixtapes were hailed by hip-hop critics as one of the best, and the result of a first full length release of an album indeed garnered praise as well. Sum that with commercial success, it equates this as his 1st #1 album. “Daddy’s Little Girl” and “Work Out” are my personal faves from this album as well as the collaborations with Trey Songz, Drake, and highlights are the tracks with veterans Missy Elliott & Jay-Z. The interludes, intros and outros are great too. Truly a promising effort from Jermaine, I’m excited for his next collaborations because his voice & style is unique that separates his work from other rappers.

Props to Gaga for releasing this as a single! It breaks her streak of electro/dance singles for a while. But at first, I do not support or even like this song, but given the facts that it was the most bought track in iTunes, it indeed became a single. Oh well, even though the video was one of the best this year, I can say I still haven't shown my full love for this song, but eh, I guess it has its moments for me!
COLBIE CAILLAT- "I Do"
"...Cause every time before it's been like ,Maybe yes and maybe no, I can't live without it, I can't let it go, Ooh what did I get myself into?, You make me wanna say I do, I do, I do, I do, I do, I do..."

This cute love song was the lead single off of Colbie's album this year! It was an instant love for me, as I am a fan of her music, and I noticed that this was very upbeat compared to her past songs which drew more of my attention. It was perfectly released before Valentine's week, and even went #1 on iTunes which reminded all of us of this song for such an endearment. The "I Do"...lines were very much pretty catchy causing it to stuck on my mind for days & weeks
BRUNO MARS - "It Will Rain"
"...'Cause there'll be no sunlight, If I lose you, baby, There'll be no clear skies, If I lose you, baby, Just like the clouds, My eyes will do the same, if you walk away, Everyday, it'll rain, rain, rain..."

Bruno again delivered another vocal masterpiece with this song! (Which I consider his vocals here even his best yet). He got the "Twilight" support this time, causing the song to have even more popularity. The simile comparison by Bruno in the lyrics is genius as well, but as what I have said, it's all about impressive vocals here on this song, especially when Bruno showcased it live on the Xfactor! Flawless performance to be honest!
In The Dark, What Do You Take Me For, You and I and It Will Rain are amazing. I've not heard F.A.M.E but I love all the singles except beautiful people.
