Second of all, Beyonce still won Video of the Year for Single Ladies
Third: Beyonce has beaten white girls plenty of times. She beat Britney Spears at her freaking peak (Toxic Video) with one of her most throwaway songs and videos (Naughty Girl)
So let's cool it with the racism finger.
Most of the time, the VOTY winner doesn't win the gendered category.
