I have an app on my phone called "Sleep". Its free, basically you put it on and it'll play soothing sounds to help you go to sleep, you can even customize the sounds. I always listen to the sound of rain, a fireplace, a box fan, or white noise. You don't need to plug in earphones (I do but I don't sleep on my sides...if you do I think that'll be uncomfortable)

I've heard you're supposed to make yourself get up at whatever time you want to start getting up at and then start looking like straight at the sun. It corrects your circadian rhythms or some ****. Idk.

I noticed my computer was running really really really slow, almost unusable. I tried rih-installing the OS and everything and nothing seemed to speed it up. It was still painfully slow even with a clean OS.

About 5 months ago my battery started deteriorating, and about a month ago it finally kicked the bucket completely and was all "REPLACE NOW!", so I went to the good sis eBay and ordered a new genuine Apple one from China because ain't nobody paying $6000 for a new one from Apple.

Anyway it showed up yesterday and I just installed it and my computer is PHLYING again. It feels like brand new I didn't realize there was any correlation between battery and computer speed but I just googled and it seems that when the Macbook battery gets to the "replace now" stage, it automatically cuts processor speed in HALF, so when I installed a new battery, it jumped it back up to full speed.

o happy day Now I can watch HD **** again without it stuttering

Did you replace it yourself? And how long could you go on battery alone before it gave you that message?

My mac is getting sooo sloooow. Am thinking I may have to get a new battery soon.
