The first time I played The Sims was with The Newbies at the age of like 5/6
I wanted them to haveas many kids as possible, but didn't know how.

The game was in English and 6yearold me couldn't read a single word English then

Then I got The Sims 2 and it was so amazing, I couldn't stop playing for months. Same with 3

I remember being online on a forum the weeks leading up to The Sims 3 and everyone acting like they are now. Suddenly the BETA leaked or something and everyone was like "it's so good" so I *******ed it too.

I'm expecting the same to happen this time tbh.

I know what you mean, but, I don't think as many people really hated it as much as they do now. There were not nearly half as many things taken out from TS2 to TS3. Maybe private school and **** like that

The first time I played TS1 was when I was in 4th grade a classmate had a cracked version of the base game and I was jealous because I didn't so I told my parents to buy it and they got me the Deluxe Version

OMG people hated rabbit holes so much.

And then they tried to give them real jobs with ambitions but fans hated that too. The stylist career ****ing slayed though. My favorite hobby in the Sims is making the premade Sims look beautiful and different.

That's true in a way.

But I remember the biggest kii was when people thought we got rabbit holes AND community lots. The only community lots you could make were gym's or pools etc. Not shops or cafe's etc.

I honestly think that once we actually play the game, I have a feeling the positives will outweigh the negatives. The graphics look more cartoonish, but if you do a Sims 3 vs Sims 4 comparison they are SO much better. So there's that.

Honestly I don't mind if it's more like The Sims 2 than 3. I used to play Sims 2 like a religion, Sims 3 bored me because I felt like I didn't need to be there. The game played itself.

They keep talking about how the people who are getting the demo are chosen randomly but all the "random" choices just happen to be super popular simmers & fansite owners.
