Technically Lil Kim was a lead artist on Lady Marmalade, so if you wish to count that, then it has been done. However when it comes to someone's actual song, it has yet to be done. Just depends on how you interpret that scenario.

I think Super Bass is her biggest shot at hitting #1. It'll probably get huge pop radio airplay, some rhythmic and minimal urban play. Throw in the fact that many people don't have Super Bass on their copy of Pink Friday and you've got a digital hit.
