LMD has an AMAZING bridge, great vocals throughout, the lyrics are actually interesting, and it's one of the best produced songs on the album.
To me, LMD is a perfect mixture of the Breakaway and Stronger sounds. While IFY sounds like an AIEW reject.

I would totally agree with you on the not epic part for IFY and as well for LMD. But LMD should never be released as a single, the content and the meaning of that song will backfire on her negatively once she chose that one as the next single.
IFY is a good follow up after dark side IMO. Aside from the fact that Darkchild wrote it for Kelly, It has a generic sound that will captivate generic music lovers and a lot of people particularly immature teens in a bipolar relationship.
