I think for herself Rih wants to expand on her artistry and thats what she's trying to achieve w this era/album. Basically a classic album w great songs & visuals. Saying she wants timeless music kinda put her in a tough position cause people are gonna be EXTRA critical but its clear she want more for herself.

Oh & For the most part nothing about this era has been predictable, from fans to so called music insiders… EVERYONE who thought they knew what was going on has gotten things wrong. Which is why i really don't think she's gonna wait all the way until November, thats too predictable.
But as far as fashion goes, Rih has always talked about building an empire and becoming an entrepreneur so I'm not surprised to see her so invested in non-musical ventures she is now. Its paying off
After R8 I hope she gets into more movie or TV shows. It'll be a nice change from the usual music/fashion

(back to school/work, radios looking for new music) and the song usually peaks late October when all promo outlets are available.

This will only be wise if she performs the new single at the VMAs. Roar, Applause, and Shake It Off all got VMA performances. If Rih doesn't perform, she should release the single late September, with the album coming Black Friday week.

She went to BET for BBHMM promo. Even in her lil speech on stage she shaded the fact that if she wasn't showing a clip she would not have gone.
She's most likely going to Barbados soon for Cropover. If she was gonna debut a new song she would need to rehearse and stuff. Highly doubt she'll go to the VMAs bet we'll see

Her thanking MTV for that "irrelevant" category was normal. She was just happy that they recognized her video and for BET she went there only for the sake of building some hype for BBHMM.
so she was already making music that is still popular 10 years later.
