They're funnier and seem more organic/natural. They interact with the audience and it just seems like a natural conversation. Probably because it's so relaxed and is a pre-recorded show where they sit down and do a proper interview.

Conan O'Brien's interviews are 100% rehearsed. He has the celebrities conduct a phone interview with one of his writers before they come in, and then he and his writers write jokes around what the conversation topics/responses are going to be on the night of the interview (as per the practice/phone interview). And Seth Meyers fake laughs a lot, it's really awkward. Jimmy Kimmel's sketches are great, so are his games, but the actual interviews are always stifled. They've only got 7 or 8 minutes and it always just seems so forced. Like they're trying to get laughs, as opposed to just sitting down, having a funny conversation and then using the best bits.

I used to be a big fan of Conan's but the mess with NBC seemed to drain the life out of him. He just seems miserable now, but I guess I don't blame him.

I think an interview, game, and performance on Jimmy Fallon would be great for her because they would probably spread online, or even go viral. I'm sure she'll say something funny and it'll end up all over twitter and tumblr. That's getting more bang for your buck plus she could perform with the Roots and show off her vocals
