I wonder if Mr. Leber has any plans for an "INTERNATIONAL" promo tour? I'm worried about the albums performance overseas, there are still TONS of people who aren't aware of the release date, much less that Britney has a new album coming out. At least with Circus there was effort to reach the international market, they're relying too heavily on just the U.S.

I am certainly worried about how the album will perform overseas too. Not enough members of the general public are aware she is releasing. Even if she isn't promoting overseas yet they should still be doing things to ensure people know about the release. I dread to see the UK numbers.
