I'm not sure if this is relevant to your statement or not because I'm kind of confused, but Jessica and Kenneth moved to Atlanta, Georgia when she was pregnant with Jason. That means Charles was with them when they lived in Georiga. The DiLaurentis' moved back to Rosewood when Spencer was five years old, and that's the first time Peter ever met Jason (his son).

I really don't know. I really think Wren is Charles. So maybe Mrs. D put them both up for adoption. Charles was sent to London and became a Kingston, and Bethany was giving to the Young family. Like I said above, if their parents are indeed Marion & Scott, they both had mental problems. So maybe Mrs. D is just the aunt who couldn't take care of them? That way Mr. D probably was clueless. Have you seen that Byron & Aria deleted scene b4? He asked her who drove her home, and she said WREN. He has this face like he knows who that is, and is worried that he would be driving Aria at all. I think he is the parent who knows more.
