Consideration, while good, flies by without any real climax or conclusion. You could say the same about Yeah, I Said It.
Basically, there are too many cute lil ditties and not enough complete ideas. Nothing wrong with the former on its own, but in the context of the album you're left wanting more.
I saw her on the Loud Tour and, granted, she's improved performance-wise since then but still I'd say it's not really worth forking over a lot of money to see her. I can't imagine her new tour being very entertaining if it's to promote her lazy album.
