not really a gif request...but i dont know where else to go. im trying to get my avatar to a 200 kb file size...for another forum but it's basically impossible. it's almost at 4mb...i dont know how to do this. does anyone think they can help...also it has to be resized to 100x100 which will help a bit. is this even possible to do?
