Too bad numerous critics criticized the Grammys for not giving Till the World Ends or Femme Fatale a nomination. It's always "that" situation with Britney. I do not expect her to be nominated next year as well. She always gets complimented by so many critics yet the Grammys snobs her work.
Blackout for example, initial reviews were HORRIBLE. It garnered mixed to poor reviews initially but as time passed by, they are giving Britney the MOST credit in revolutionizing Pop Music. Blackout was also inside the top 5 of dozens and dozens of Decade End lists. Britney doesn't need the Grammys, the people are here to speak for her too bad the critics can't speak much about Beyonce's craft. Britney is truly underrated but when they trace back everything it always comes back to her then they start giving credit. I'd rather have those than having a Grammy but then after a few years the music is forgotten.
There's a reason why Britney is the only popstar I follow. I don't listen to pop music a lot but Brit always delivers good and innovative albums. I've tried following other pop artists but the music is nowhere close to Brits quality.

it has too many not-so-great tracks for her standards. they're cute but just nothing that special. the only standout songs are Slave, Overprotected, Boys, Anticipating and Cinderella (all masterpieces though)

Tbh my fave music is RnB and indie rock. Britney and Demi are the only pop girls I even have on my iTunes
