she gave it away with the ARTPOP film she squeezed in all of her favorite songs off of the album to give them in a way their own spotlight and music videos because she really knows that if G.U.Y. doesn't smash majorally they'll probably won't enable her anymore budgets to further release other singles , she already invested a whole lot of money in the G.U.Y. single cycle

just drop the ARTPOP theme and keep tweeting some #ARTPOPmessages now and then and release something "new" (ACT 2 with a diffrent name)
