I think he means a fake fan, as in praising her for a year and then the next you just go and trash her in every thread possible to the point it becomes obsessive. There have been plenty of those

Exactly. They could have at least released Radar as the 5th or something, if they really had to release it. Ignoring Unusual You for it though was such an injustice.
Also 3 should have been from a 'Circus' re-release.
