I thought about that too, I think it would be a rather distasteful metaphor also it links it with what she said in a recent rolling stone interview.

If it happened to her she has the right to express her pain in whatever way she sees fit, it is different than making a joke about it.

Her E! interview said it was open for interpretation and that's what she liked about it so I'm afraid we won't be getting anything out of her.

Now that you mention it

I wouldn't be surprised if in fact it were a metaphor. Maybe she felt raped by the record company, used and discarded. As distasteful as it may seem .... it would make sense.
